We have been working hard to begin this year to update the infrastructure of A Call to The Nations and continue to grow the ministries God entrusted to us. One of the significant challenges we face is increasing income in this uncertainty. Not only is there a pandemic, but Russia has invaded Ukraine. These are not things that give hope to your average individual, but now is all the more time for us to hunker down and invest in developing what he has given to us. Just as Paul told Timothy to continue to grow his gifts entrusted to them by the Lord, we want to do the same. (1 Timothy 4:14-16)

"Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given you through the prophecy spoken over you at the laying on of the hands of the elders. Be diligent in these matters and absorbed in them, so that your progress will be evident to all. 16Pay close attention to your life and to your teaching. Persevere in these things, for by so doing you will save both yourself and those who hear you." (1. Timothy 4:14-16)

As an organization, we are still relatively young, but God is making it more transparent and defined to what he’s calling us to do. That consists of two main things: an international and gaming ministry. Each one has its respective importance but is focused on the overall goal of A Call to The Nations, “Reaching unreached people groups.”

International Ministry’s future and development…

Lowen Clemente leads our international ministry in the Philippines. Lowen is a graduate of a Philippine seminary and has been in ministry for most of his life. He has two children and a wife who serve alongside him in ministry. The current ministry primarily focuses on teens who have nowhere to go. Lowen has created a safe environment for them within the church walls where he and his ministry partners can teach them about Jesus Christ, growing them by using their gifts and abilities to honor God. The ministry includes over 60 people in its regular service and 30 children, including a governmental partner ministry. When the pandemic happened, it greatly affected the church’s growth, but God has restored the congregation’s sense and, by his mighty hand is, lifted the works of his people to grow the church that Lowen started! God has been so faithful with Lowen’s work that we pray that you can partner with us to continue this work. Overall, we estimate a need of $23,000. Below is a summary of the different costs.

Every minister has to be provided for. Especially when it is someone’s full-time job and a minister has a family. Any provisions for their family are included to be able to provide for all of their needs.

We started building the church in 2021, and it has come a long way. But there is still much to be done, like building a comfort room, adding a fence to protect the church, and other developments need to take place to make the church a more comfortable place for the congregation.

Lowen’s ministry requires different supplies for teaching that he uses with the youth and adults. They also have various gatherings where they collectively worship any food together. We want to make sure that he has the resources to do this.

Gaming Ministry’s future and development…

Our gaming ministry is primarily focused on using gaming as a medium to reach individuals with the gospel and provide opportunities for youth to turn gaming into a personal development opportunity. Using gaming to promote God’s kingdom is quite challenging because it is a new area of ministry for Christians. Still, we have worked on different evangelistic strategies to bring people into areas where they can be administered. Also, we are creating programs and services that generate income for the organization to further our works—looking at a financial forecast for the year ahead, we have calculated that we need about $20,000 for our gaming ministry. Below is a breakdown of the different costs.

This is our premier program that takes gaming and turns it into an opportunity for an individual to grow and hear the Gospel. Individuals grow by going through a four-week course that focuses on different elements of gaming, like teamwork, awareness, and a few other areas. All the skills that these individuals learn are life relatable and will help them grow as a person. They also are exposed to biblical principles and the Gospel.

There is certain softwares in technologies that we’re using that cost yearly and monthly fees.

Being that we are a technical organization on social media, having our website updated, and having a technical team to attend to, all of these needs are required. Part of communicating our message is totally digital.

There are many hurdles to overcome in 2022, but we are eagerly waiting as we know God will provide everything we need. If you feel led to and desire to help us, please become a partner with us. We will greatly appreciate your support!
